New York is central to our US operating strategy. We are developing an integrated approach to cultivation, processing and wholesale distribution, with a focus on coordinated production and documented supply to licensed retail partners.
Calnejo Estates at Vista Ranch in Anderson Valley forms the basis of our California cultivation strategy. Its Mendocino heritage, sun-grown approach and focus on product quality inform the methods and provenance standards we aim to share across the group.
Our North Macedonia strategy is to identify and acquire a licensed medical-cannabis producer, then develop its production and EU-GMP capability for permitted European medical-market supply. Germany is a target market, with site selection, certification and export approvals forming part of the development process.
Mountain Breeze is the focus of our Lesotho hemp and CBD programme. Building on a sales and distribution relationship, the proposed development combines local production potential with cultivation expertise, genetics and technical support. Acquisition and expansion remain subject to site, licence and stock verification.
